The QM System Procedures - precisely set out methods for; hiring Temporary staff, and filling Permanent and Temporary Assignments, as well as those detailing the handling of complaints, records and document management, and staff induction, training and performance reviews. It also includes Internal Audit and Management Review of the QM System procedures. (Copies of Procedures are available on request.)
Controlled Forms - used when completing the QM System Procedures.
