For over 12 years, we have been sole supplier to the Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board, and have recruited large numbers of staff across most areas within the business. In 2006, DSHR became the sole supplier to Holmesglen TAFE for supply of temporary staff.
With changing legislation, new research into staff management techniques, generation Y employees and skills shortages, SHR has increased it’s human resources consulting unit to assist in developing people management systems that have a provided an instant impact which our clients can attest to.
