2010 is a special year for us as we celebrate 50 years of experience in providing effective Human Resource solutions. Our services are designed and customised to meet individual client need, whether they are around the corner or across the country. From our offices in Melbourne, we provide recruitment and human resources services to organisations around Australia.
2010 also represents significant milestones for two of our consultants. Valerie Gibson celebrates 20 years with Shave HR this year and Sarah Hamerston has just celebrated her 10th anniversary. In an industry which is renowned for its level of consultant turnover, this is quite remarkable.
Client Survey
Shave Human Resources offers a comprehensive range of services including HR Consulting, as well as Recruitment and Temporary Staff Services.
To ensure we provide clients with a consistently high level of service that continues to meet their needs and expectations, Shave HR recently commissioned an independent, confidential survey of new and existing clients which returned very encouraging results.
96.4% of clients surveyed rated our services as Very Good to Excellent.
3.6% of those surveyed rated us as Satisfactory to Very Good.
In asking people to make suggestions or recommendations as to what we can do to improve our level of service, the comments made were: “keep up the good work”, “tell people more about what you do”.
