At this time of year it is time to reflect on the year that was.  I’m so very proud to be working with a brilliant team at Shave Human Resources.  Often, their passion for the business can challenge mine, which, for those who know me its a big thing for any business.  This year has been a watershed year for our business with the Leadership Team working hard with our business coach to formulate a unified vision, a core set of values and a clear understanding of those key differentials we can offer those with whom we partner.  After operating for over 50 years, it is satisfying to learn that those true ethics and values that saw my Grandparents start the business, are still firmly entrenched.

Passion

Difference

Integrity

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the team I work with, they truly are the best of the best and I look forward to sharing many many more years creating and honing further successes within our business.  Thank you also goes to our wonderful temporary staff members who have represented our firm wonderfully in the many and varied roles.

To those business partners who have entrusted us to deliver HR and OH&S legislative compliance, permanent recruitment and temporary staffing, I would like to offer my heartfelt gratitude to you.  On behalf of the team I would like to wish you all a very safe, happy and adventurous festive season.  We look forward to continuing our professional relationship with you all in 2012

Warm regards,

Duncan
