Permanent Candidates

Our focus is to fully understand where you are in your career and what your career goals are, and your consultant will provide practical advice and assistance to help you to find the best “fit” wherever possible. Although you are assigned to one consultant, we are a dedicated recruitment team who work together and share responsibility for achieving the right outcomes and the role they play in the careers of candidates.

Temporary Candidates


We recognise that temporary employees have specific requirements and our consultants will make every effort to match you with an assignment that is aligned to your skills and circumstances and the kind of work you want to do. When you are placed at a client, you are a representative of our business, and we rely on your professional attitude, reliability and full commitment towards the clients needs during the assignment placement.

You are guaranteed that any assignment will be a minimum of 3 hours work and your hourly rate includes statutory requirements such as workcover, applicable leave and superannuation. Your consultant will advise your hourly rate when discussing the assignment with you. On commencement you will be provided with a temporary pack with relevant forms and information of your employment conditions as an employee of Shave Human Resources.
